What is Reiki?

Reiki is a safe, simple, and natural modality that promotes relaxation and connects us to the life force energy that flows through the universe and all things. Promoting healing, growth, balance, and peace spiritually, physically, and emotionally. It can help to balance the Chakra’s and clear out negative or stagnant energy. Reiki can help to bring about more balance to you overall, raise your vibrations, further connecting you to your higher self. It can also help to alleviate stress, reduce anxiety, depression, promotes relaxation, facilitates in the body’s natural healing process, and can bring about an overall calmness.

*Reiki energy naturally flows wherever it is needed most in the body.

What to expect:

Comfortably lying down in person on a message table and fully clothed. During the session you may feel a warming sensation, heat, tingling, or just a feeling of deep relaxation. All of which are completely normal experiences.

Crystals and sound healing are intuitively incorporated into each session at no extra cost. All 3 modalities work harmoniously together for your highest good, further amplifying the intentions of the session. And working together so beautifully to help add balance to the chakras as well.
