The Sleepy Tea was formulated to help relax your nervous system which reduces stress, and helps relax your body. Easing you into a more restful sleep. This potent yet delicious tea will have you resting easy in no time.

Ingredients: Organic Chamomile, organic Passionflower, organic Lavender, organic Skullcap, organic Peppermint.

Directions: Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz. of water. Let steep for 10-20 minutes.

*The longer it steeps, the stronger it will be.
